One of the themes in the new cards is food: Yummy biscuits, dwarven crumb cake, fish liver biscuit, spicy bone broth. Food is items that heal you slightly and give you a little boost in another area as well.
I also added some higher cost cool items like the staff of the lost wizard and the ring of quick healing.
